- Scholarship will be awarded to ST, SC, OBC and Minority groups
- Applicants must be the resident of the Arunachal Pradesh
- A student from SC who is full time employee is not eligible
- Applicant’s attendance should be 75% in every month
- Students should be regular students; distance students are not eligible for this scholarship
- Scholarship will the given to the students from the date of admission and also according to the courses
- Students who are pursuing from non-authorized institute and college are not eligible
- Applicants from SC, ST and OBC will be selected according to the merit and reservation
- Applicants must know that scholarship will not apply to internship and training programs
- Students pursuing degree will be eligible
