Eligibility Criteria for Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan Scholarship
- The candidate must have passed Acharya or M.A. in Sanskrit/Pali/Prakrit with at least 60% marks.
- The students of Vidyavaridhi/Ph.D. and equivalent courses shall also be entitled to a contingency grant of Rs.2000/- per annum for two years.
- Relaxation for minimum marks for the applicants belonging to the categories are:
- SC/ST – 50%
- OBC – 55%
- Physically Handicapped – 50%
- The candidate’s age should not be more than 33 years but still there is an age relaxation given for SC/ST candidates up to two years.
