Government has promise to provide facilities for all the students who are facing financial problem. Students pursuing pre-matric and post-matric and whose family income is less than 2 lakh are eligible for the scholarship. Social Welfare Department has implemented a procedure for the scholarship, according to the procedure applicants will be selected.

- Must score 55% in above category.
- Applicants should have all the required documents according to list provided by department.
- Applicants must be permanent resident of Himachal Pradesh.

- Aadhar Card
- Birth Certificate
- Mark sheet of last exam
- Current Bank Account
- Caste certificate (tribal certificate)
- Income certificates
- BPL Certificate (Below Property line).
- Affidavit if applicants have gap of year in post metric.
- Receipts and fee structure of university.
