- The student should not be a Japanese citizenship.
- The applicant should have applied for or already a pursuing his/her graduation from April of every academic year
- It is applicable even for the candidates who are applying for Master’s degree and Doctoral programs
- The student must assure that he or she will be able to get employed in their home country after graduation. This does not require him or her to have employment guaranteed or to return his or her home country immediately after graduation but he or she is expected to have the strong will of working in his or her home country
- The student must have everyday conversation in Japanese. Interviews will be conducted in Japanese. (no exception)
